Co-author with Richard Thaler of Nudge, referenced (not interviewed) in Episode 134. Their Google cafeteria interventions — repositioning healthy food, shrinking plates, hiding sodas in opaque fridges — are the episode's opening example of changing behavior purely by making the preferred option easier (see Google HQ Canteen Layout Replication). The episode then argues the "make it easy" maxim they popularised has costs its advocates, Phill Agnew included, have under-reported.
